New Brunswick is one of the provinces that are specifically looking for qualified immigrants that would be able to fill permanent labour market shortages and local labour needs and creating employment. Individuals that are selected must have a job offer that is guaranteed in their intended job.

Applicants that are interested in applying for this program, must also pass a points-based assessment, the pass mark for this program is 50 points. Your application will then be processed and points can be claimed according to your education, abilities in English and French, work experience, age, adaptability and a signed commitment to settle permanently in New Brunswick.

For this program, more consideration is given to applicants who are able to do jobs that fill a local skill shortage. However to qualify for this program applicants do need a full time job offer from a local established company. The job offer must meet provincial employment stands and offer a decent industry rate.
